Four years later, a pivotal conversation with Garth Strand, then CEO and President of Heartland Credit Union, led Monte to head the Investment and Insurance Team. Over the past 15 years, his passion for helping members has only grown as he's shaped Heartland Wealth Strategies into what it is today.
